You can walk around the vacant land at any time at your convenience. For the home and buildings, an auction representative will be at parcel 2 for an open house.
Open house dates:
Wednesday, September 4th – 4-6 pm
Monday, September 9th – 4-6 pm
Registration:
Auction will be held on Wednesday, September 11th at the VFW Hall at 1211 28th St. Manistee, MI. Registration begins at noon, auction begins at 1PM.
1. Upon arriving at the auction site, please proceed to the Auction office/registration table.
2. In order to register, you will need to supply your driver’s license to the Miedema Auctioneering agent assisting you.
3. Once the Miedema Auctioneering agent has completed your registration and you have signed the Auction terms, the Miedema Auctioneering agent will provide you with your bidding number and any additional information relevant to the Auction.
Buyer’s Premium:
- 3.5% Buyer’s Premium
If you cannot attend in person, internet bidding will be available to pre-approved bidders. Please call Donna Reitsma at (616)389-6440 by Wednesday September 4th for pre-approval. A pre-auction deposit will be required from all internet bidders.
