After 53 years, Jim and Ruth Sytsma have sold their farm to the local school district and will be selling their cattle and farm equipment, their home and pole building (Both must be moved by buyer), plus much more at live public auction at the farm. The Sytsma’s raised Hereford cattle for many years at this location and have a wide variety of cattle related items. Some highlights include John Deere 5325 MFWD tractor with loader and attachments, 1100 hours; JD 455 manure spreader, Yamaha 600 Grizzly quad, over 1200’of white vinyl fence- 4 rail, High tensile 5 & 6 strand wire fence enclosing over 50 acres. 0ver 80 cattle gates, Cattle working corral, wagons, tools, etc. The homes and pole barn selling must be moved off the real estate by the buyer by April 1, 2025. Home is 1772 SF brick ranch, 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bath, hardwood floors, newer windows, etc. The pole barn is 80’ x 50’ x 16’ with 6 overhead doors. Lots of useful tools and equipment selling.
