Thursday, February 28th we will be selling 200 Acres, Home & Outbuilding, as part of the Donald W. Theis Estate.
Directions to the Farm: Located at 10565 W. Price Rd., Fowler, MI, East of the Village of Westphalia.
Directions to the Auction Site: Auction will be held at the Westphalia Township Hall, 13950 W. Pratt Rd., Westphalia, MI, just a few miles South of the Village of Westphalia.
This auction will be broken up into 4 Parcels, and those parcels are:
Parcel 1: Home & Outbuildings on 4.9 Acres
Parcel 2: 20.5 Acres of Farmland or Potential Building Site Approximately 20.5 acres of farmland or nice potential building sites!
Parcel 3: 95 Acres of Prime Farmland Approximately 95 acres of prime farmland.
Parcel 4: 78 Acres of Farmland Approximately 78 acre parcel of farmland
